The JA Lake View Hotel exceeded all expectations with its brilliant facilities and stunning surroundings. The territory of the JA resort is a real masterpiece, offering a wonderful and green oasis with a private beach. The spacious, super clean, and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the convenience of the buggy service that allowed us to easily explore the three hotels and choose between pools, the beachside, or restaurants. The gyms were absolutely amazing, offering round-the-clock access and excellent equipment. The hotel also had a wide range of entertainment activities, making it unnecessary for us to venture into the city. The kids' club was a hit with my daughter, who didn't want to leave. The entertainment team, especially Mohamed Ali, added to the excitement of our stay. Yudha from the 81restaurant provided exceptional service, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Sojinbur from the cleaning staff took care of our room with absolute reliability. the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back!

This hotel was truly luxurious and fulfilling all my exclusive needs. the outdoor swimming pool was spacious and the sun loungers and umbrellas provided a relaxing ambiance. the restaurant was enjoyable with a wide variety of delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the Spa and wellness center provided me with an incredible massage experience that was highly rejuvenating.
the Lobby bar was crowded during peak hours, which made it challenging to get a seat.

I loved the advanced technology in the room, including Alexa and touch switches. The pool view was fantastic, and the complimentary soup was a nice touch. I also appreciated the attentive supervisor who came to check on my child when they got hurt and the warm hospitality of Diksha during breakfast.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The service provided by the staff was really good, with friendly and eager employees always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was fabulous, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location of the hotel was also a plus, providing a serene and peace all around away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the communication and response from the guest relations team was excellent, ensuring that our needs and requests were met promptly.
There were a few negatives. the check-in process was quite slow, a bit frustrating.
